30 Day Weight Loss Challenge
We all benefit from having a little extra incentive to shed pounds that are hindering our health. This challenge will focus on helping you build healthy habits by tracking your PROGRESS daily on your:
1. Fasting protocol
2. Healthy eating
3. Reduction in cortisol
And, at the end of each week, you will also log your weight.
Who wins the $100? The person who has on average completed the most healthy progress steps AND lost the greatest percentage of body weight.
In past challenges, active participants have lost an average of 1.5 lbs. per week.
