In short, we are here to help you flourish right from the beginning so you can both enjoy fasting and engage with it sustainably such that your body, mind and spirit get to benefit fully from its long-term dividends.
Your coach will do this by helping you to:
- accurately identify the protocols that align with your goals
- develop an implementation plan
- help you take the right screening tests
- measure your progress in real-time
And, if you want to check-in more frequently than once a month, that option is available too.
Fasting + vacation! So great-- right? We agree. And, we had a series of in-person retreats in the works prior to the pandemic. Alas, like everyone, we have had to postpone their launch.

While we don’t know that flamingos ever choose to fast, if they did, you would know immediately because flamingos get their beautiful pink hue from what they eat. Specifically, it is the beta carotene in the shrimp and algae that turns them pink. Thus, if a flamingo were to fast for an extended period of time they actually would become a silverish color. Yet another example of we are what we eat (or what we don’t eat)!

When you’re first starting it can be hard to know where to begin. There is so much information out there and everyone has a different opinion. What will actually work best for YOU?
As you wake up to how powerful fasting can be you may need help sticking with it or a little push to try something outside your comfort zone that you’ve been itching to try.
And, when you realize that this is the single best thing you can be doing for your health and you’re never going back to life without periods of fasting, you will want to connect with others who “get it” too. Because, when you’re an island it can be lonely at times.
